1. be kind and courteous to everyone, we are all here from different places and beliefs the whole point of this page and our social groups is to bring people together to learn and to help as many as we can going through awakening, if we cant respect and be kind then this is not the place for you to be, we will not tolerate racism or hate speech of any kind, sexism of any kind or any on-line bullying due to race, cast, color, sex or creed basically we believe all humans have the capacity to have compassion, care and love and here is where to show those attributes, ANYONE breaking these rules will be blocked from our social pages.

2. (not really a rule common sense but needs to be here)  be mindful when helping each other their beliefs or awakening whether religious or spiritual or social may at times even for us will not be compatible with yours or theirs be mindful of this always, know when to back out and think if you know someone else in our network that may be able to help them, if this happens do not push your beliefs onto another in any aggressive way do not call them because they believe differently see rule 1. but rather agree to disagree, keep it peaceful please, let them find their truth in their own time.

3. If anyone believes that theirs or anyone is struggling with their mental health that may be a danger to themselves or others that may need addressing, this can happen a lot with Awakening, then please connect or ask them to connect privately with us Via e-mail at info@thespiritualhightable.com not in public and we will do what we can to help, any information is kept confidential unless your life is at risk or anyone else's, if this is the case then please contact your mental health crisis line or equivalent or the relevant medical care for your country, area would be contacted where possible by us.

5. any harm to children, criminal, or terrorist activity that is brought to our attention will be handed over to the appropriate authorities we do not put up with anything like this being discussed in our network from any par of the world.
